Research Administration Office

To promote open innovation through industry-academia-government collaboration, we established a Research Promotion Organization with functions that include planning and management, intellectual property strategy, communications and outreach, social and industry-academia collaboration, regional collaboration, and human resource development to provide comprehensive support throughout the research and development process to commercialization. Many of our members have served as senior directors in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical companies, and are actively developing activities to implement research results in society, leveraging their respective expertise and experience. Additionally, to match new technological seeds with needs and challenges, we are working to build empathy and demonstration fields that involve citizens and healthcare professionals, serving as a liaison with many stakeholders, including participating institutions. Furthermore, we are actively planning and implementing measures to foster young researchers and to encourage diverse talent, including foreign nationals, to take on active roles.
