A group of newly appointed science teachers from Kawasaki Municipal Junior High School visited iCONM
On May 21, as part of an initiative organized by the Kawasaki City Board of Education, 25 science teachers newly hired in April of this fiscal year at Kawasaki City junior high schools visited iCONM—the operational headquarters of CHANGE—accompanied by staff from the Kawasaki City Rinkai Headquarters. While Project CHANGE aims to support the shortage of care workers resulting from Japan’s declining birthrate and aging population, as well as the rapidly shifting role of family-provided care in home healthcare, the teachers emphasized the need for care education in junior high schools.
