"Hearing the real voices from the field!" The 1st Kawasaki Care Design Consortium Workshop for Members
On June 16, 2025, the first "Transforming Nurses' 'Wish List' into Reality! - Care Design Workshop Starting from Voices on the Ground - 2025 Part 1" was held at the Kawasaki City Nursing Center.
This workshop focused on the feedback collected from the "Wish List Survey" conducted by the Kawasaki Nursing Association. We engaged in discussions based on needs and ideas from active nurses, such as "It would be helpful to have this tool or system."
A total of 25 participants from member companies of Care Saki attended the event. Additionally, four nurses from local hospitals and home nursing stations contributed by sharing their real experiences from the field.
Participants expressed sentiments such as, "It was impressive to hear the straightforward opinions of nurses," and "I feel like my perspective on generating new business ideas has changed." The event fostered lively exchanges of opinions.
